DANIEL GOSSELIN:
One of the club's most versatile athletes, Dan can compete at the provincial level in the 800, 1500, 400 hurdles and cross-country, as well as at the national level in the pole vault. Dan is currently a student at the University of Windsor, where he competes for the Lancers on the trails and on the track. Born on September 2nd, 1980, graduate of Ecole Secondaire Theriault.

JAMES GOSSELIN:
James is a 2 time OFSAA X-Country team medalist and a two time OFSAA track and field medalist. In 1997 he took gold in the OFSAA 2000m steeplechase and silver in the Canadian Junior 3000m steeplechase. In 1996 he was 4th at both the OFSAA X-Country Championships and the Canadian Junior X-Country Championships. This past summer he competed in his first Olympic Trials, where he finished 7th in the 3000m steeplechase. James is a graduate of Ecole Secondaire Theriault. He is currently studying at Cambrian College in Sudbury, where he is the three time OCAA X-Country champion.

ISABELLE MALETTE:
Isabelle is a versatile athlete who excels at the long distances. She was 5th at the 1997 OFSAA X-Country Championships as a Midget, and has since run at the senior level, where she was 27th and 22nd. She has an outsdanding 3000m PR of 10:45, which placed her 9th at the OFSAA track and field Championships in 1998. She has competed in 2 Canadian Junior X-Country Championships and took part in her first National Junior Championship this past summer, where she took the silver in the 3000m steeplechase.
Izzy is currently an OAC student at Ecole Secondaire Theriault.

AMANDA LAROSE:
As a high school midget in 1999, Amanda established herself as one of E.S.Theriaut's best ever young runners with a 16th place finish at the OFSAA X-Country Championships. She helped her team qualify for the World High School X-Country Championships, where she finished an impressive 22nd. On the track in 2000, she was fifth at the OFSAA T&F Championship in the 800m. She is also the OTFA record holder in the 1500m midget girl's steeplechase with a time of 5:18.

REMI TREMBLAY:
In 2000, Remi has established himself as one of the club's best young talents. He added two school records to his collection: the junior 400m and the 300m hurdles. He was an OFSAA finalist in the latter event, but a tumble forced him to end up sixth. He then finished second at the Ontario Legion Championships in the 400 hurdles with a blazing 55.9.
Remi is a grade 12 student at Ecole Secondaire Theriault.

MATHIEU LAMBERT-BELANGER
Despite his cross-country experience, Mathieu is relatively new to the sport of track and field. Nonetheless he has tasted success early on, qualifying for OFSAA in the 400m in 1997 and 1998. Since then, he has been consistently developing into a premier middle-distance runner, stretching his workouts in order to develop the stamina necessary for the longer events. This hard work payed off in 1999 as he dropped his 800 pb to an impressive 2:07. In 2000 he again qualified for OFSAA and shaved a second off his pb, running a solid 2:06. He has since dropped his 400m pb to 54 and has run 4:32 for the 1500m. He has shown that with the right training and attitide, he has the potential to one day beat Boone.

JEAN VEZEAU
Jean's persistent training and willingness to run quality mileage have helped him drop his pr's dramaticaly in 2000. He qualified for his first OFSAA T&F Championship in june, where he ran a respective 9:42 for the 3000m. He led his cross-country team last year with a 5? place finish at OFSAA. Vezeau's experience and work ethic is expected to make him one of the leaders among the TPTFC juniors in 2001. Jean Vezeau is currently a grade 12 student at Ecole Secondaire Theriault.

AMY ROBINETTE:
Amy's positive attitude and permanent smile has without a doubt made her one of the most appreciated personalities during workouts and meets. Her hard work and determination has also helped her be succesfull on the track and in the trails. She was a member of the 1999 midget girls team that captured an OFSAA medal. Since then, she has excelled in everything from the 400m and up, impressing all with gutsy performances time and time again.

ANIK LAMBERT-BELANGER:
In 1999 Anik helped her midget X-Country team to a bronze medal at OFSAA, and also competed in the World High School X-Country Championship in Morocco. On the track, she has shown great strengh in all events from 400m and up. She qualified for her first OFSAA T&F Championship, where she ran the 300m hurdles.
Anik is a second year midget (grade 10) at Ecole Secondaire Theriault.

LINDSAY EMDIN:
In only her second year with the club, Lindsay has already reached great heights. She brought experience and talent to the girl's squad that represented Canada at the World High School Cross-Country Championships in March of 2000. She then went on to her second OFSAA T&F Championship where she competed in the 800 and 1500m events. She has represented TPTFC at the Canadian Junior X-Country Championships in 1999, after helping her senior team capture a fourth place ribbon at OFSAA.

JASON GERVAIS

Gervais was a member of the 1999 Pan American Games team... qualified for the 1998 Commonwealth Games team but did not attend... his first international competition was the 1995 Pan Am Junior Championships in Chile, where he placed 4th... 1995 Ontario high school champion... trains with USA hammer thrower Dawn Ellerbee in Wyoming and Derek Woodske... suffered from L5 back injury during the 1999 season...

Gervais attended Ecole Secondaire Theriault in Timmins, Ontario... will graduate in 2000 with a Business Administration degree from the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming, USA... plans to own his own business some day... father Claude is a life insurance manager... mother Regine is a registered nurse... has a brother David... right-handed...
